This website (acxhub.com) is operated by ACX Outsourcing Hub — a registered corporation in Cebu, Philippines and a registered LLC in Delaware, United States. Which entity you contract with depends on your engagement and is stated in the agreement or order you sign. What this site is
acxhub.com is a marketing website. It describes our services — marketing, development, design, video and AI delivered by our office-based team in Cebu — and hosts articles, case studies and other resources. Descriptions, examples and statistics on the site are provided for general information and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance on their own.
Inquiries and engagements
Submitting a form on this site — a contact request, a staffing or project interest, a diagnostic, or a download — expresses interest and starts a conversation. It does not create a contract. Actual engagements are agreed separately in a written proposal, order or services agreement, and where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement wins.
The ACX platform
Some offers on this site (such as the hourly retainer) continue to our client platform at login.acxhub.com, where registration, checkout and delivery tracking happen. Your use of the platform is governed by the terms presented when you create an account there; pricing shown on this site for those offers is confirmed at checkout on the platform.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, design, graphics, logos, code and downloadable resources — belongs to ACX Outsourcing Hub or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print pages and resources for your own evaluation and internal use. You may not republish, resell or scrape the site's content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission. Portfolio work shown on the site remains the property of the respective clients. Ownership of deliverables we produce for you is set out in your services agreement.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: don't submit forms with false or misleading information, probe or disrupt the site or its infrastructure, attempt to access data that isn't yours, or use the site in any way that breaks the law. We may block access that violates these terms.
Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided "as is". Articles, guides and other resources are general information, not professional, legal or financial advice — outcomes described in case studies are specific to those clients, and we do not promise you will achieve the same results. We work to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Governing law
These website terms, and any engagement you enter into, are governed by the law of the place where the ACX entity you deal with is registered: the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where the contracting entity is our Delaware LLC, and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, where it is our Philippine corporation. Your signed agreement will state the contracting entity and may specify governing law and venue in more detail.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time — for example when we launch new services or funnels. The current version, with its effective date, always lives at this page; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
