What do you handle vs. what do I handle?
You direct the work day to day. We handle recruiting, HR, payroll, equipment, workspace, backup cover and quality oversight — with a coordinator keeping the relationship smooth.
What if it isn’t the right fit?
We manage performance and provide backup, and if someone isn’t working out we’ll replace them — you’re never stuck with a hire that isn’t right.
How fast can someone start?
It depends on the role and seniority, but because we source from an established, vetted talent base in Cebu, staffing is far faster than hiring locally from scratch.
