Do the hours expire?
No. Your hours never expire, so use them whenever you have work, at whatever pace suits you. There’s no contract either.
What happens when I use up the 20 hours?
You top up whenever you want more, in blocks of 50 hours or more, and we quote your rate before you do. The welcome pool is priced for a first project, so later hours are at the standard rate without the bonus, and you will always see it in writing before you pay. Nothing renews on its own.
What can I use the hours for?
Anything digital: websites and apps, graphic design, video editing, social content, branding, logos, market research, AI development and custom systems. If it’s digital, we can probably do it.
Who gets the 10 bonus hours?
New customers, on their first deposit. You pay $100 for 10 hours and we add 10 more, so 20 hours land on your account at once. It is a one-time welcome rather than a standing discount, which is why it is worth spending on something real.
How fast is turnaround?
Most individual tasks land in 48–72 hours with unlimited revisions within scope. Larger builds get a clear timeline up front so you always know what to expect.
Can I switch between disciplines?
Yes — that’s the whole point. One team covers nine disciplines, so you can spend this week’s hours on a landing page and next week’s on a promo video, all from the same pool.
