Who we are

ACX Outsourcing Hub operates this website (acxhub.com). We are a registered corporation in Cebu, Philippines and a registered LLC in Delaware, United States. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? info@acxhub.com.

What we collect

We only collect personal information you actively give us through this website:

• Contact and lead forms. When you book a call, request a proposal, run the marketing diagnostic, or express interest in a role or project, we collect your name, email address, and — where you provide them — company, country, phone number, the service you're interested in, your message, and your answers to any diagnostic questions.
• Careers applications. When you apply for a role, we collect your name, email, phone number, the role you applied for, and any portfolio, LinkedIn or resume link you share.
• Gated downloads. Some white papers ask for your name, email and company before we issue a download link.
• Campaign attribution. If you arrive via a link carrying campaign parameters (such as utm_source or ad click identifiers), we store those parameters in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit and attach them to any form you submit, so we know which campaign brought you here. They identify the campaign, not you.
• Technical basics. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, pages requested and timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this site.

How we use it

We use the information above to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals you asked for, evaluate job applications, deliver the downloads you requested, and understand which marketing campaigns bring visitors to the site. We may email you about the specific request you made. We do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask to join.

Where it's stored

Form submissions, applications and download requests are stored in our database, hosted on Supabase, with access restricted to the ACX team members who handle your request. Gated documents are delivered through short-lived, expiring links rather than public URLs.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers that run our infrastructure (such as our hosting and database providers, acting on our instructions) or where the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not set advertising cookies. The only browser storage we use is session storage for the campaign attribution described above; it is cleared when you close your browser tab.

The ACX platform

Some offers on this site hand off to our client platform at login.acxhub.com, where you can register and purchase. The platform is operated by ACX Outsourcing Hub and has its own account and billing data practices, which are presented to you when you sign up there.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time — email info@acxhub.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We keep submissions only as long as we need them to handle your request and maintain normal business records.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will be flagged on the page itself.
